Building a network infrastructure and providing multimedia systems for Sber's first next-gen office
Problem statement
Sberbank's main goal as part of its Strategy 2020 is to compete successfully with global tech companies while remaining the best bank for the public and business. In order to carry out its plans for improving customer experience, the bank intends to transform its business through new technology.
Sber's first next-gen office opened on 28 September 2020, on Tsvetnoy Boulevard in Moscow. It has evolved far beyond a simple place where people come to withdraw cash, open a deposit, get a consultation, or take out a loan. Customers now have an opportunity to get acquainted with new technology, meet friends and business partners, shop, and enjoy many other activities that were previously unavailable at standard Sber offices. The new options allow a visit to the bank to generate maximum value.
The smallest guests of Sber will meet animated characters from Soyuzmultfilm cartoons and take part in educational games. And young adults will be able to use special offers by Delivery Club and SberMarket, as well as purchase cinema and concert tickets. In the Salute, Sber zone, customers will get to test the bank's proprietary devices: the SberBox multimedia console, the SberPortal smart display, and the Salute family of virtual assistants.
None of this would have been possible without a properly designed network infrastructure and state-of-the-art multimedia systems.
