STEP LOGIC is a Gold Partner of Palo Alto Networks
Moscow, December 19, 2018. STEP LOGIC has been given the Gold Partner status in the Palo Alto Networks® NextWave partnership programme. This is evidence of the high level of technical expertise that STEP LOGIC can offer regarding Palo Alto Networks products, while also allowing the system integrator to participate in requests for tenders in which one of the requirements is that all bidders have adequate certifications.
STEP LOGIC and Palo Alto Networks have been cooperating since 2011. In this time the two companies have implemented numerous joint projects in finance, industry, insurance, mining and petrochemical sectors as well as in retail. Customers note the high quality and convenience of solutions from Palo Alto, which means that the share of equipment and solution classes of this vendor that the integrator uses in its projects has been growing organically. Thus when STEP LOGIC was deploying a system for protecting the infrastructure of a major groceries retail chain against cyber threats in 2014, a pair of high-performance next-generation firewalls from Palo Alto was installed there and one year later a Panorama centralised management system was deployed there as well. In 2018, STEP LOGIC took part in the launch of a new distribution centre for the same retailer and Palo Alto firewalls were used once again. Palo Alto gateways were also used as the main solution for ensuring the protection of the customer's branches.
