STEP LOGIC on Foundation of Technological HR Consortium
Irina Grishina
Deputy Chief Executive Officer of HR

Irina Grishina, Deputy CEO for Human Resources at STEP LOGIC, shared with Comnews her opinion on the state of the HR processes automation market and the foundation of a technological HR consortium.

IT-company GMCS and BOSS. HR Systems, part of Aplana Group, founded a technological HR consortium. It should provide a dialogue between the market and the professional community, combine experience for launching tothe marketand develop a technology platform in the HR field.

The priorities of the consortium are the most relevant areas of HR management in the era of the digital economy: recruiting, adaptation, training and development, talent and talent pool management, compensation and benefits, personnel costs management, HR analytics to support the decision-making process. The consortium will closely focus at increasing the involvement of staff through digitalization of workspace, which includes interaction through private offices, mobile applications, chatbots and other interactive channels.

Irina Grishina believes that in the era of digitalization and ambitious goals that HR faces, it is necessary to create professional communities and platforms for the exchange of successful cases. “The evolution of HR-processes inherently contains innovative solutions aimed at automation and digitalization. I agree with the trends in the HR market, which the founders of the consortium are talking about. The market is not homogeneous, especially by industry. The pace of change required for successful competitive activity in different areas of business is also different. This is due to the level of technological effectiveness of the market, the need to automate processes as much as possible and to implement finely tuned monitoring systems. The main task at the present time is data analysis, their further successful interpretation and the most frequent updating. Corporate HR-services are among the first to face the need to automate and digitalize both their processes and the processes of the company as a whole. HR should act as a flagship, set the trend and be evangelists in this area," Irina Grishina commented.
