Valuable contributions to the development of Cisco Services in Russia made by STEP LOGIC over the course of 2020 were officially recognized — Cisco expressed its gratitude to the company.
STEP LOGIC has been authorized by Cisco for joint provision of technical support services for more than 10 years. Cisco Collaborative Technical Support status allows the company to solve up to 80% of customer problems by itself, only engaging vendor specialists in outlier cases, such as replacing out-of-order equipment or detecting software errors.
At the same time, the customers have access to both the vendor's global expertise and the service partner's experience. A service partner understands the specifics of the given infrastructure and can offer opportunities for its development — this could be a significant advantage for a client looking to migrate or upgrade their equipment.
Cisco authorization is an additional guarantee of the service quality: to receive the service status from Cisco, partners have to demonstrate their capacity to use the best ITIL practices and ability to solve customer problems within deadlines using their own engineering resources.
The vendor noted that STEP LOGIC has been an active participant in the Cover Uncovered initiative, which aimed at increasing the coverage for the customer base with the currently installed equipment and promoting professional Business Critical Services. Efforts undertaken by STEP LOGIC increased the sales of services provided jointly by Cisco and STEP LOGIC specialists.
