STEP LOGIC and Elastic will organize a Machine Learning for Identifying Information Security Incidents workshop.

17 March 2021

Participants of the event will learn how to apply data analysis toolsets using machine learning technologies on the Elastic stack platform to solve problems in the field of information security.

Elastic stack is a platform for building data lakes optional real-time analytics. It is based on Elasticsearch (one of the most popular Big Data search engines), Kibana visualization panel, and Logstash data processing conveyor. Recently the developers have added tools for data analysis using machine learning to the platform.

Workshop participants will practice information security problem solving with such features of the platform as:

  • Anomaly detection
  • Forecasting
  • Grouping and categorization
  • Mentoring and mentorless learning
STEP LOGIC professionals — Director of Information Security System Management Stanislav Prishchep, Senior System Architect Pavel Karpushin, Elastic System Architect Tatiana Frank — will help the participants in their learning process.

The workshop is intended for participants with no prior experience in working with machine learning technologies. Basic knowledge of Kibana and Elasticsearch will be useful but are not required.

Event starts on March 24th at 11:00 AM (Moscow time). Save your spot: follow this link.
