STEP LOGIC is third in Russia to receive Cisco Customer Experience specialization
Cisco Customer Experience is a confirmation that STEP LOGIC is highly competent in vendor products. Therefore, the company can provide expert support at every stage of the solution operational cycle, taking the customer's current business goals into account.
STEP LOGIC is one of three Russian system integrators who obtains the Customer Experience specialization included in the updated Cisco partner program.
The Cisco Customer Experience program offers deep immersion in the customer's business processes. The program includes providing continuous expert support on the efficient use of Cisco products and technologies – not only at the project implementation stage, but also after its launch and completion. That way, the customers take full advantage of their investments, seizing all the opportunities the implemented solutions have to offer and promptly optimizing them in regards to improving business processes.
Currently, Customer Experience is a key factor for the partner to qualify for the Gold Integrator status.
