STEP LOGIC confirms its status as one of the leading companies in Russia in the sphere of Cisco Tele Presence solutions. The company updated the specialisation in the sphere of Cisco Tele Presence solutions received in 2012 – Tele Presence Video Master Authorised Technology Provider.

The qualifications required to receive and maintain this specialisation involve large-scale investments in the training and certification of the company’s specialists as well as the equipment of the demonstration laboratory.

STEP LOGIC has a highly qualified team of specialists and a proprietary demo-laboratory, comprised of the latest models of video terminals from Cisco Systems as well as all major components of infrastructure equipment that are the foundation that modern collaboration systems are built on. Data terminal equipment is represented by a wide range of devices – from tabletop video systems for personal use (DX series) to integrated video communication systems, designated for operation in large rooms and equipped with the intelligent system of search and display of an active participant (Cisco Tele Presence MX800 with Cisco Tele Presence Speaker Track 60 system).

All this allows STEP LOGIC to demonstrate and offer its customers the full range of infrastructure and terminal equipment, based on which solutions of any complexity level can be built.

After merging with Tandberg, Cisco possesses the most complete portfolio of solutions in the sphere of videoconferencing and tele-presence. Beginner and medium-level systems are available to everyone, while immersive systems can only be ordered by partners having the ATP (Authorised Technology Provider) Tele Presence specialisation.

The entire equipment line is divided into groups depending on solution complexity, and each group requires a certain ATP specialisation. There are four such specialisations and their respective products: Express, Advanced, Advanced Plus, and Master. At that, Master specialisation allows selling and installing solutions related to all lower specialisations.
