Tattelecom PJSC is the largest universal communications operator of the Republic of Tatarstan. It covers the entire territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and offers a full range of communication services.

The total number of network nodes is over 150.

The total number of subscribers is over 500,000.

A range of activities to support access to operator services (broadband and wireless Internet access, transport for IPTV, IP telephony, LTE network), including:

  • Round-the-clock end-to-end monitoring of services, active network equipment and communication channels
  • Resolution of incidents and emergencies in data transfer network
  • Proactive problem management
  • Recommendations for quality improvement of the services, the performance, and reliability of the data transfer network.
