Moscow, May 15, 2018. Step Logic reports on inclusion of the Step Telemarketing software in the Unified Register of Russian Software of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. The solution is designed to automate business processes of outgoing calls in contact centres that are based on platforms of different vendors.

The Step Telemarketing software is an in-house development of Step Logic and is used for calling current and potential customers when offering products and services, conducting research on market demand and surveys, and for informing about preventive works, arrears, and payment terms. The solution quickly integrates into the existing IT infrastructure; it is easily scalable and compatible with platforms of different vendors. Step Telemarketing can be used by telecom operators, insurance companies, commercial organisations, banks, collection agencies, medical facilities, housing and communal services. The solution has already proved its effectiveness in the contact centres of Rostelecom, the European Pension Fund, and the Eurasian Development Bank.

Step Telemarketing increases efficiency and optimises the work of key departments of the contact centre. The manager's workplace provides the functionality necessary to set up business scenarios for processing outgoing calls. Operators get a user-friendly and intuitive graphical interface. When communicating with a client, it is possible to see the history of interaction with the client through all communication channels, which significantly increases the share of issues successfully resolved on the first appeal. Administrators of automatic voice notification systems can monitor the channel capacity, simultaneously work with several notification systems, promptly receive notifications in case of failures, etc.
