The Call Center World Forum (CCWF) will be held on 19–21 March at Radisson Slavyanskaya (Moscow). The forum has been the main platform for communication and exchange of experience between representatives of the contact centre industry and customer service in Russia and Eastern Europe for more than 18 years. 

Speakers and participants of the CCWF will discuss digital transformation, large data volumes, artificial intelligence, smart workplace, etc. The forum will feature leading industry experts, an exhibition of the latest solutions from global manufacturers, as well as master classes. In total, more than 1,500 people will participate in the event. 

STEP LOGIC has been developing the area of corporate and outsourcing contact centres for more than 10 years. Customers of the system integrator in this area are telecom operators, industrial companies, transport organisations, financial market companies, and retailers. One of the recent projects of STEP LOGIC was the transfer of the contact centre of the AeroClub business travel agency to the Genesys Customer Interaction Management platform. The works performed by the integrator's specialists increased the speed of servicing Aeroclub customers by more than 10%.
