Managed QoS is an additional service package to the basic set of Managed CPE, which makes it possible to configure QoS policies through a CPE device.

  • Development of template profiles for the QoS functionality implemented on the CPE device;
  • Classification of traffic, including in accordance with the SLA parameters of the communication provider;
  • Providing for the operation of the QoS functionality built in CPE;
  • Monitoring of QoS condition;
  • Safekeeping of the settings change history;
  • Configuration of the approved changes to the QoS policies;
  • Provision of monthly reports on the status of the QoS mechanisms and recommendations.

Managed SLA Monitor - additional service package to the basic set of Managed CPE, that makes it possible to provide for the SLA parameters monitoring functions in LAN-to-LAN (or CPE-to-CPE) mode. The package is recommended for sale together with the Managed QoS package

  • Identification of critical KPIs for monitoring, and set-up of the automated SLA parameters monitoring for critical KPIs based on the built-in CPE functionality;

Managed VPN - an additional service package to the basic set of Managed CPE, that makes it possible to create a secure user environment of data transmission through public communication channels, including Internet.

  • Provision for the VPN connection functioning of the LAN-to-LAN type;
  • Authentication and protection based on digital certificates (PKI);
  • Managed routing and transmission;
  • Monitoring the VPN connections condition;

  • Troubleshoot and restoration of the VPN connections operation;

  • Development of IDS/IPS template profiles and incidents notification parameters in accordance with the customer's requirements;
  • Provision for operation of the IDS/IPS functionality fixed in CPE;
  • Monitoring of the IDS/IPS condition;
  • Proactive response to the incident notifications and recommendations for elimination;

Managed Content - additional service package to the basic set of Managed CPE, that makes it possible to form the policies of content filtering on the CPE device. The package is recommended for sale together with the Managed Firewall package.

  • Provision for operation of the content filtering functionality fixed in the CPE;
  • Monitoring of the content filtering functions status;
