What should be done to become a dealer

Step Logic partner program aims to extend of the Company presence outside the metropolis. To achieve this objective Step Logic looks for reliable partners in various regions of the country offering them to enjoy comprehensive advertisement and marketing  support  that may involve organization of at site seminars and presentations, training courses; distribution of advertisement booklets and catalogues with logo and coordinates of the partner in this region; advertisement in mass media; manufacturing of souvenirs; conducting of joint marketing research aiming at segmentation of the market and targeting client audience.

Individual financial terms are offered to each partner, who enjoys opportunity to use the flexible system of discounts.

When a partner reaches a certain sales level Step Logic determines and assigns the consignment warehouse and - if the need be - supplies demo-equipment to conduct presentations. The Company training center delivers regular dedicated commercial and technical courses for partners on various types of equipment and technologies.

The applicant seeking for the status of a partner must send us the detailed information on its company and indicate address and other similar data, description of its legal status, of the nature of its activity and the number of the personnel; information on availability of certified specialists on its payroll must be also submitted.

Information on the desired type of business which potential partner wishes to promote in his/her region should be submitted separately, as well as the forecast on sales volume (in case of authorization) for 3, 6 or 12 months ahead. Based on the information submitted by the applicant Step Logic offers individual terms for partnership which include:

  • The type of the partner agreement (exclusive or non-exclusive);
  • Territorial coverage of partnership (the territory where a partner can act and receive support);
  • Size of discount (discount for equipment, services from List Price Step Logic);
  • Terms of payment (prepayment or credit line);
  • The amount of advertisement budget;
  • Type and volume of marketing support;
  • Quarterly based sales volume;
  • Number of specialists sent for training.
