STEP LOGIC passes audit to confirm Cisco Gold Certified Partner and Master Security Specialisation statuses

29 July 2016

Moscow, July 2016. STEP LOGIC has passed the audit to confirm Cisco Gold Certified Partner and Master Security Specialisation statuses.

Since 2004, STEP LOGIC has been regularly confirming its Cisco Systems Gold Partner status. The company received the Master Security specialisation in 2007 and has been demonstrating superior competencies in the sphere of information security for almost 10 years and also successfully implementing high-tech projects.

Apart from standard requirements to pass the audit confirming the status of a Cisco Gold Certified Partner (availability of at least four specialisations at the Advanced level, four CCIE and one Business Value Practitioner), another requirement was imposed during the current year: to confirm the company’s qualification in the sphere of provision of cloud services.

Cisco Master Security specialisation is one of the rarest and most complex ones since to receive and maintain it one needs to confirm the qualification by completion of large-scale projects in the sphere of information security. In the past year, STEP LOGIC implemented such projects for large-scale customers from different sectors, including Hyundai Motor, NIKIMT-Atomstroy, as well as state organisations.

The Master Security Specialisation is assigned to Cisco partners who have reached outstanding results in the sphere of implementation of information security projects, employ the necessary number of qualified specialists, and have successfully passed the audit. In 2007, STEP LOGIC became the first partner of Cisco Systems in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region to receive this specialisation. At present, only two Russian companies possess the Master Security specialisation.

“We are proud of our longstanding cooperation with Cisco Systems and the successes achieved during the time. The highest statuses, exclusive specialisations, global awards – all this not only confirms the readiness of STEP LOGIC’s specialists to offer, implement and maintain the challenging telecommunication solutions at the international level but also demonstrates our continuous technological development and the company’s aim to maintain the most relevant innovative technologies”, remarked Alexander Martynov, Vice President for Technical Policy of STEP LOGIC. “The information security was and remains one of the priority directions of the company’s activities, and the Master Security Specialisation status confirms our colossal experience and availability of the technical base, which allows to completely satisfy any needs of the customers in the sphere of integrated solutions for network security”.
