STEP LOGIC held a three-day multi-vendor Step Winter Days conference in Sochi

On 27-29 February, STEP LOGIC gathered its customers, partners and leading industry experts on one platform. The participants discussed IT trends, technological innovations and business needs of companies. They reviewed the most successful cases and found effective solutions for business tasks. Cisco Systems was the general sponsor and Huawei was the technical sponsor of the event. Unify and Juniper were also partners of the event.

"Our mission is to understand the specifics of our clients' business and develop tools to improve efficiency and generate more value. Such tools are often based on complex multi-vendor solutions. Not only are they complex to develop, but also to implement and support," said the Company's Chief Commercial Officer Dmitriy Yakushev at the conference opening.

Day one featured the speeches of:

  • Nikolay Zabusov, Director of Information and Network Security at STEP LOGIC, and Andrey Zerenkov, IT Business Development Manager at STEP LOGIC, with the report titled "It Is Safe With Us!
  • Anna Nikitina, Head of Innovative Solutions at STEP LOGIC, with the report titled "Digital Integration Platform as the Basis of DIGITAL BANKING".
  • Yury Batyzhev, Director of Engineering Systems Department at STEP LOGIC, with the report titled "Digital Double: From the Blueprint to the "Matrix".
  • Alexey Lukatsky, a renowned information security expert and business consultant at Cisco, with his report titled "7 Key Trends in Cyber Security in 2020.

The business agenda for Day 2 and 3 included mainly presentations by STEP LOGIC partners. Almaz Mazitov, Huawei's IP Networking Product Manager, spoke about SDN for campus, software-defined networks and Wi-Fi 6. Mikhail Antonov, Partner Sales Manager at Unify, presented an overview of vendor solutions that allow businesses to save time in decision-making. Oleg Saenko, Head of IoT at Cisco in Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe, dedicated his speech to distributed networks for Industrial Internet of Things. Denis Dubinin, Huawei's Business Development Manager, made a presentation of the company's innovative technologies and products.

As of Day 2, the heated business discussions participants were followed by alpine skiing and snowboarding lead by experienced Rosa Khutor Resort instructors.

The conference concluded on 29 February with a gala dinner and awarding of the winners in the intellectual game.
