Yury Kantarovsky

President of Step Logic

Yury Kantarovsky was born in October 8, 1949, in Moscow. He graduated from Moscow Power Institute on a specialty the Radio engineering.
Mr. Kantarovsky is one of the Step Logic founders.
The first in Russia has adjusted cooperation with ASUS Company. The basic spheres of responsibility: participation in the general management of the company, HR policy definition, development and support of relationship with vendors. Carries out the control of the largest corporate projects in the company.

Alexander Martynov

 Vice President, Technology Policy

Alexander Martynov was born in September 15, 1961 in Moscow. He graduated from Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering on a specialty the Applied Mathematics.
 
Mr. Martynov is one of the Step Logic founders.

The basic spheres of responsibility: working out of strategy of technical development, management of strategic projects of the company, technical marketing, monitoring of technical realization of projects, technical pre-sale consulting and relations with vendors.

Evgeny Yuditsky

Vice President, Sales

Evgeny Yuditsky was born in May 19, 1965 in Moscow. He graduated from Moscow Construction Engineering Institute on a speciality the System Engineering.

Mr. Yuditsky is one of the Step Logic founders, started work at the company as a sales director. 
The basic spheres of responsibility: working out and perfection of the company business model, including increase of an overall performance of commercial divisions and quality assurance of provided services. Carries out the control on a number of key projects in the company.

Andrei Kudryavtsev

Vice-president, strategic planning and operational management

Andrei  Kudryavtsev was born in July 22,  1961 in Moscow. He graduated from Moscow institute of electronic engineering on a specialty the Applied Mathematics with the degree of Candidate of Science in application mathematics. In 2006 has successfully passed program Executive Master of Business Administration with specialization: Strategic management. After graduation Mr. Kudryavtsev was engaged in scientific work in the area of application mathematics. In 1996 joined the Company.
The basic spheres of responsibility: working out of the company business development strategy, support and development of relations with key partners and customers, working out the processes, procedures and regulations in the field of the financial management, the administrative account, project management, corporate IT system, and quality assurance.

Sergei Polovnikov

Director General

Sergei Polovnikov was born in December 7, 1971, in Irkutsk. He graduated from Irkutsk State University on a specialty the  engineer-radio physicist.
Mr. Polovnikov joined Step Logic in 2008 as deputy General Manager on business analytics and system architecture. Since January 2009 he has been appointed Step Logic General Manager. The basic spheres of responsibility: organizational design of the company, working out and business processes management, the analysis of efficiency of business model, HR management. Supervises a number of large-scale projects.  Before joining Step Logic worked in large Russian system integrators: LANIT, VERYSELL, Systematica, taking positions of the Account Manager, deputy of Technical Director, Consulting Director.

Anton Prokofiev

Deputy Director General for Economics and Finance

Mr. Prokofiev was born in October 22, 1966, in Moscow. He graduated from Moscow Power Institute, on a specialty the Electric power systems and networks engineer. In 2008 Mr. Prokofiev successfully completed studies at University of Bolton, UK, with Accountancy qualification.
 
From 1991 to 1995 he had been working in a joint Russian-Swedish AIST AB software company.
Mr. Prokofiev joined Step Logic in 1995 as procurement manager. In 1997 has headed department of purchases. Since 2002 Mr. Prokofiev has been appointed a deputy of General Manager of economics and finance.

Elena Vasilevskaya

 Chief Financial Officer

Elena Vasilevskaya was born in Moscow region. She graduated from Moscow Electro technical Institute on a specialty the Radiotechnics.

Mrs. Vasilevskaya has joined Step Logic since 1995 as a Chief accountant. In 1997 she was appointed a Chief Financial Officer of Step Logic.
 
The key spheres of Mrs. Vasilevskaya’s responsibility are financial and tax planning, risk management. Mrs. Vasilevskaya is involved in complex strategic issues and financial development of the company. Supervises the conclusion of contracts with financial and a legal side. Carries out the control over of accounts departments work, participates in working out of a registration policy of holding (both tax and accounting).

Elena Vesnina

HR Director

Elena Vesnina was born in Barnaul. She graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic Institute on a specialty the Applied Mathematics.

After graduation she worked as a system analyst and programmer in the defense industry.
In 2006 Mrs. Vesnina joined the Step Logic.

Main responsibilities of Mrs. Vesnina are formation and implementation of HR policy, development of motivation system, organization of training, development and support of corporate culture, formation of personnel reserve, and all other matters relating to staff recruitment, dismissal, development and turnover.

Before joining the company Mrs. Vesnina had been working in «Krok Incorporated» as a head of department of staff recruiting and development.
Mrs. Vesnina had passed a practical course of HR management at the Higher School of Economics.

Inna Ozerova

Marketing Director

Mrs. Ozerova was born in Moscow. She graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University: Russian language and literature.
 
Since 1994 Mrs. Ozerova had been working for LANIT, IBM, Energy Consulting, taking positions of marketing projects manager, PR and Marketing Director. Joined Step Logic in 2008. Main areas of Mrs. Ozerova’s responsibility are formation and implementation of marketing and PR policies, strategic and operational marketing, effective marketing and PR support of business development, promotion and strengthening of company’s brand, development of regional and international marketing.
