Receiving «Service Partner of the year» award confirms exclusive achievements and high competence of Step Logic experts in classical technical support area and perspective service direction of operated services.

This solution becomes to be more and more demanded by different types and rates companies. Operated services cover all life cycle of a solution, including planning, designing, introduction, support, operation and optimization, and to allow realizing a complete support of major elements of the network perimeter work, necessary measures on control of network availability, maintenance of information security and control of the basic network applications work.

The combination of operated services with classical service contracts provides customers with complex trouble-free maintenance work of network perimeter and information security elements. Operated services, being a technological step to the sphere of professional outsourcing, allow to provide Step Logic with sustainable development of a business service component, which historically is a priority part of the company's strategy.

Today the company has achieved a big success in operated services advancement. A number of the projects, including service and support of the main network of data transmission network, planned works on network changes, under abnormal condition-recovery work, monitoring of communication channels functioning and such company's equipment as "Rolf", "Sollers", "Rosno" is realized. Recently companies Step Logic and Comstar-OTS have signed the agreement on joint realization of operated services on the basis of the service center of company Step Logic.

Step Logic technological competence have repeatedly been noted by Cisco high awards. Since 1997, the company has got set of Cisco Systems awards, including, Best Start (1997), Best Year-Over-Year Performance (1999), Reseller of the Year - Russia (2001), Reseller of the Year - Eastern Europe and Central Asia (2002), Global Customer Satisfaction (2004), Commercial Partner of the Year (2005), SMB Select Partner of the Year (2007).

Step Logic became the partner of Cisco in November, 2007 and received Cisco Master Security specialization in region EMEA firstly (the Master in the field of information protection). In 2008 Step Logic  received Cisco Technology Excellence Partner of the Year global award (the Best technological partner of year), becoming one of 17 selected companies  among more than 3000 partners Cisco all over the world, along with such companies as NEC, NCS, Hewlett-Packard and others. This nomination is awarded to the partner for the highest achievements in a field of solutions introduction of Cisco at world level.
