The exiting system on quality management conforming to the standard ISO 9001:2000 allows us to implement all types of work /services at the highest level. The main principles of the Company’s policy in the area of quality management allow also to offer better methods to satisfy needs of our customers and ensure the efficiency of our business models. - Orientation at the client’s needs. The Company tries to understand current and future needs of our customers and achieve results conforming with expectations and even exceeding them. we guarantee the result of high quality to any customer –regardless of the budget and scale of the project.
- Company’s management. The Company’s management determines the objectives and directions of the Company’s activity. Managers of all levels support the integrity of objectives and directions and organize implementation of required processes for their achievement. They create the atmosphere in which the staff may be involved in the process of achievement of objectives set by the organization. Any idea of the employees on improvement of all process is analyzed and encouraged;
- Participation of employees. Employees at all levels increase the strength of the Company. The Company expects that its staff will employ all available opportunities for the benefit of the organization;
- Process approach. Any activity of the Company is a process, not just the set of the isolated functions. - Qualification improvement of the staff. The staff qualification is the necessary requirement for quality implementing of tasks.
